POLICIES:

Return/Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns!  Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. If you'd like to exchange something we'd be happy to do so as long as what you're exchanging is unused & able to be resold.

Shipping Fragile Items ie. Crystals, Ceramics & Glass: We absolutely do not want anything to arrive to you broken so we take utmost care in packing fragile items very carefully.  Unfortunately after the item is out of our hands, we can only hope our carriers take care of the packages.  As it's out of our control, we realize things happen.  All orders have insurance up to $100.  If more is needed you can select that option for shipping. We however can not be responsible for items after it leaves our hands.  Again we are a very small business. If something arrives damaged, please make a claim through the carrier. We can not refund or exchange broken items.



Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We hope your package arrives safely, however if this happens, please make a claim through your carrier.  We can not refund or exchange lost or stolen packages.

With Natural & Organic products no two items are the same. Color, Texture, & Consistency may vary with different batches.

Imperfections are expected with crystals.  We try to photograph the crystals as clearly as possible so you can see what you are buying.  Please know that crystals can have natural inclusions on the outside and inside of the stone which is different than if one is dropped or broken.
